পরকীয়া প্রেমিককে নিয়ে স্বামীকে হত্যা

সাতক্ষীরা সদরের দহাখুলা গ্রামে স্ত্রীকে পরকীয়ায় বাধা দেওয়ায় দিনমজুর আজিত মোল্যাকে কুপিয়ে হত্যা করা হয়েছে বলে জানিয়েছে পুলিশ।
সোমবার (০৭ ডিসেম্বর) গ্রেফতারকৃতদের দেওয়া তথ্য মতে এ কথা জানায় পুলিশ।
এসময় নিহতের দ্বিতীয় স্ত্রী ও তার পরকীয়া প্রেমিকের দেওয়া তথ্য মতে হত্যাকাণ্ডে ব্যবহৃত ধারালো দা উদ্ধার করে পুলিশ। তাদেরকে ১৬৪ ধারায় জবানবন্দি প্রদানের জন্য আদালতে প্রেরণ করা হয়েছে
জানা গেছে, সাতক্ষীরা সদরের দহখুলা পূর্বপাড়ার এনায়েত মোল্যার ছেলে আজিত মোল্যা গত শনিবার সন্ধ্যার পর বাড়ি থেকে বের হয়ে বাড়িতে আর ফিরেনি। দুই ভাই শফিকুল ইসলাম ও হাফিজুল ইসলাম খুঁজতে খুঁজতে বাড়ির পেছনে বাগানে বাবার রক্তাক্ত লাশ দেখে পুলিশে খবর দেয়। পুলিশ ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছে লাশ উদ্ধারের সাথে সাথে দ্বিতীয় স্ত্রী রোকেয়া খাতুনের সন্দেহজনক আচরণ দেখে ওই রাতেই জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য থানায় নিয়ে আসে। পরে তার পরকীয়া প্রেমিক নিহতের ভাইপো নজরুল ইসলামকে আটক করে পৃথক পৃথক জিজ্ঞাসাবাদে ও উভয়ের মোবাইল কললিষ্ট ধরে পরকীয়া প্রেমের কাহিনী বেরিয়ে পড়ে।
পরে তাদের দেওয়া তথ্য মতে, রোকেয়া খাতুনের রান্নাঘর থেকে হত্যাকাণ্ডে ব্যবহৃত ধারালো দা উদ্ধার করে পুলিশ।
এ ঘটনায় নিহতের ছোট ছেলে হাফিজুল ইসলাম বাদী হয়ে অজ্ঞাতনামা আসামি করে সাতক্ষীরা সদর থানায় একটি হত্যা মামলা দায়ের করেছেন।
সদর সার্কেলের অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার মির্জা সালাউদ্দীন জানান, পরকীয়া প্রেমের কারণে এ হত্যাকাণ্ড সংঘটিত হয়েছে। তাদের ১৬৪ ধারায় স্বীকারোক্তিমূলক জবানবন্দি রেকর্ড করতে আদালতে প্রেরণ করা হয়েছে।
